During my stay at Pietre Gemelle Resort, I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful wooden-rock houses and the breathtaking mountain peak views from the north side situated apartments. The resort is in excellent condition and offers high-quality accommodations. The convenient skibus right outside the apartments made it easy for me to access the Alagna Freeride Paradise and the entire Monterosa region for skiing. Additionally, the good Wi-Fi connection was a bonus.

The spa was a highlight, with a beautifully designed space and a good facial treatment. The location was convenient, with the ski slopes just 2km away and a shuttle bus available. It was also great to have a river right next to the hotel for a pleasant atmosphere.

The time allowed in the spa was a bit short, only 1.5 hours, which was not enough for a proper sauna session. The requirement to wear bathing suits in the spa area was inconvenient for sauna users who usually prefer to be naked and use a towel.

The hotel was conveniently located near the skiing areas and the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the wifi connection and the cleanliness of our hotel room. It was great to be able to easily access the skiing bus right in front of the hotel, and the nearby shops and restaurants were a plus.

Our New Year experience was dampened by loud noise from other guests in nearby apartments. We hope the hotel can address this issue in the future to ensure a more peaceful and enjoyable stay.
